Role Overview
Support the HR Business Partner and business leadership with data-driven HR insights, workforce analytics, reporting, and business partnering.
Partner with HR and business units on manpower planning, employee movements, performance, engagement, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employee and workforce data, develop HR dashboards and reports, identify trends and risks, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Manage manpower budgeting and forecasting, including headcount and cost analysis and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
- Analyze headcount, attrition, absenteeism, vacancies, manpower cost, and workforce productivity trends.
- Support workforce cost analysis covering salary costs, overtime, incentives, allowances, and other employee-related costs.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and HR systems such as Oracle HCM or People Hub.
- Develop workforce forecasts and support business leaders with manpower planning and scenario analysis.
- Conduct attrition and retention analysis, identify key drivers, and recommend HR interventions.
- Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting using headcount, vacancy, business requirement, and cost data.
- Analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, vacancy ageing, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
- Support analysis of performance, employee engagement, talent, and employee movement data.
