What You'Ll Do
- Lead full-cycle film production from concept development to final delivery
- Oversee creative direction, scripting, budgeting, and production planning
- Manage production teams, directors, crew, and external partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high creative standards
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and distribution partners
- Supervise post-production processes including editing, sound, and visual effects
- Drive innovation in storytelling, production techniques, and content formats
- Manage multiple film and media projects simultaneously
- Develop production schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Build and lead high-performing creative and production teams
Requirements
- Experience in film production, media production, or creative leadership roles
- Strong understanding of production processes, budgeting, and project management
- Ability to lead creative teams and manage complex productions
- Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
- Experience working with production tools, editing software, and media technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
