Position summary
Support guest calls, requests, reservations, and concerns while assisting Sales & Marketing activities.
Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
Core responsibilities
- Contact Sales, Data Administration, Accounting, or other departments to resolve guest matters.
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software during reservations.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, questions, requests, and concerns.
- Perform filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and other general office duties.
- Assist management with training and motivating employees and monitor quality standards.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is listed.
Schedule and workplace
- The schedule is full time.
- The position is not remote and is located at Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
