Responsibilities
- Provide secure and smooth transit for executives to and from business meetings, corporate events, airport transfers, and personal appointments
- Plan the most efficient routes using GPS technology and real time traffic updates to ensure absolute punctuality
- Keep the company vehicle in pristine, showroom condition and oversee scheduled maintenance, registration, and repairs
- Manage vehicle logs, toll tracking, fuel receipts, and assist with light administrative errands or document drop offs when required
- Maintain strict privacy and discretion regarding all corporate and personal conversations overheard during transit
Requirements
- Valid, clean UAE driving license
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience
- At least 2 years explicitly serving VIPs, CEOs, or corporate executives
- Proven experience operating luxury, high end, or executive vehicles
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Highly flexible schedule, including willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends
- Clean criminal background check and flawless traffic record
- Non smoker with strong commitment to professional personal hygiene and grooming

Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transportation: Provide secure and smooth transit for executives to and from business meetings, corporate events, airport transfers, and personal appointments.
- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes using GPS technology and real time traffic updates to ensure absolute punctuality.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle in pristine, showroom condition (both interior and exterior) and oversee scheduled maintenance, registration, and repairs.
- Administrative Duties: Manage vehicle logs, toll tracking, fuel receipts, and assist with light administrative errands or document drop offs when required.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy and discretion regarding all corporate and personal conversations overheard during transit.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Licensing: Must possess a valid, clean UAE driving license.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience, with at least 2 years explicitly serving VIPs, CEOs, or corporate executives.
- Vehicle Expertise: Proven experience operating luxury, high end, or executive vehicles (e.g., Mercedes Benz S Class, BMW 7 Series).
- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a plus factor with excellent corporate communication etiquette.
- Availability: Highly flexible schedule, including willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends as dictated by executive schedules.
Preferred Attributes
- Clean criminal background check and flawless traffic record (no black points/major violations).
- Non smoker with a strong commitment to professional personal hygiene and grooming.
- Knowledge of local defensive driving techniques and first aid certification is a plus.
Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 4,500.00 per month
