About the Role
Uniscape seeks an Executive Director for the Aluminum & Glass industry in Al-Ayn. The role requires a techno-commercial leader to manage estimation, commercial, finance, business development, project management, operations, EHS, and legal functions, with a focus on turning around operations and driving new projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage team of Estimation, lead and support bid proposals
- Handle commercial aspects including contract management, analysis, revenue generation
- Manage finance including P&L, budgeting, product costing, pricing management, reduce expenditures
- Drive business development including sales, marketing, forecasting
- Oversee project management and operations management
- Manage operations including production, hiring, training, performance management, customer service, vendor management
- Develop and implement EHS policies
- Ensure legal compliance with all policies
- Turn around operations and reduce overheads
- Bring new projects
- Handle project planning, performance, risk, issue resolution, delivery and scheduling
- Manage staffing, quota, labor camps
Requirements
- Techno commercial expertise in Aluminum & Glass industry
- Experience managing team of Estimation, leading and supporting bid proposals
- Commercial experience including contract management, analysis, revenue generation
- Finance experience including P&L, budgeting, product costing, pricing management, cost reduction
- Business development experience including sales, marketing, forecasting
- Project management and operations management experience
- Operations experience including production, hiring, training, performance management, customer service, vendor management
- EHS development and implementation experience
- Legal awareness of all policies
- Ability to turn around operations and reduce overheads
- Experience in project planning, performance, risk, issue resolution, delivery and scheduling
