10 years of progressive experience in management in a large enterprise, preferably in a health-care setting including: 5 years of senior management experience including leading services planning, developing and implementing approved operating plans, and; 5 years of experience building and managing a large, interdisciplinary team preferably in the areas of pharmacy operations, drug supply and technology, and/or clinical or quality standards development. Previous experience managing a Shared Service is an asset. Experience in volume purchasing and drug management is considered an asset. Leadership experience managing regulated health care professionals.
5 years of senior management experience including leading services planning, developing and implementing approved operating plans, and;
5 years of experience building and managing a large, interdisciplinary team preferably in the areas of pharmacy operations, drug supply and technology, and/or clinical or quality standards development.
Previous experience managing a Shared Service is an asset.
Experience in volume purchasing and drug management is considered an asset.
Leadership experience managing regulated health care professionals.
Post-secondary degree in Pharmacy is required.
Post-secondary degree in a related discipline such as health administration, business administration, or finance from an accredited educational institution is an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must be an active member in good standing of a pharmacy regulatory body.
Must have a valid driver’s license and use of a personal motor vehicle for regular travel within the province.
Provincial health authority planning and delivering health services in Manitoba.
