RevMed is seeking a hands-on, globally minded finance leader to establish and lead the Global Finance capability supporting international expansion. This role owns the strategy, operating model, and governance framework for finance launch and interim operations across new international markets and evolving global finance operations. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this person will lead finance readiness for new jurisdictions, provide interim financial leadership from legal entity incorporation through establishment of the local operating model, and direct global controllership across accounting, reporting, controls, and business process governance.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. The successful candidate will build playbooks, run cross-functional workstreams, manage local service providers, ensure close and statutory readiness, coordinate with business leaders across regions, and connect local teams to Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting, SOX, Tax, Treasury, Legal, HR/Payroll, FP&A, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
New Market Launch and Interim Market Finance Leadership
Lead the global finance strategy and cross-functional operating model for entry into new countries and jurisdictions, from initial planning through operational go-live. Serve as the U.S.-based interim finance lead for new markets after legal entity incorporation and before a local finance lead or local service provider model is fully operational.
Partner with finance leadership to set and execute the strategy, priorities, investment needs, and success measures for scalable international finance operations, with accountability for readiness, risk mitigation, and sustainable transition outcomes across multiple markets
Lead strategic change initiatives affecting multiple Finance sub-functions and international business partners, ensuring stakeholder alignment, clear decision-making, adoption of new processes, and sustainable execution
Own and continuously improve RevMed’s global finance launch playbook, including workplans, timelines, dependencies, RACI matrices, control points, templates, escalation paths, and lessons learned.
