Qualifications

• Senior market participant with exceptionally strong credit skills; broad credit experience (typically 12–15 years), including exposure to fund finance, private credit, or related structured/leveraged finance markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with enterprise perspective, sound judgment, and accountability, balancing commercial priorities, analytical integrity, regulatory expectations, and long-term franchise objectives.
• Track record of shaping future-ready teams by building leadership capability, encouraging continuous learning, and creating an environment where people are empowered to adapt, innovate, and deliver through change.
• For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $246,200.00 - $356,900.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
