The Executive Director will lead higher education sector strategy, business development, and growth.
The role focuses on university partnerships, academic program development, digital education initiatives, commercial pipeline management, and team leadership.
Strategy and Partnerships
- Lead higher education sector strategy, business development, and growth.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with Saudi and international universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
- Develop and close MoUs, academic cooperation agreements, B2B partnerships, and revenue-sharing models.
- Identify university needs and convert them into marketable academic programs, digital solutions, and revenue-generating projects.
Programs and Commercial Growth
- Lead the development and launch of Professional Diplomas, Executive Education, Micro-Credentials, Certificates, Continuing Education, Short Courses, and Online or Blended Programs.
- Build and manage the university sales and partnership pipeline, including proposals, negotiations, contracts, and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with deans, academic leaders, faculty members, subject-matter experts, and international institutions.
Academic and Digital Initiatives
- Support academic quality, accreditation, curriculum development, learning outcomes, assessment, and outcome-based education.
- Drive digital transformation and EdTech initiatives including LMS, online assessment, AI-assisted learning, learning analytics, digital credentials, and micro-credentials.
- Build a network of faculty members, trainers, academic experts, and international program providers.
Leadership and Representation
- Lead the Higher Education team, annual plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Represent the organization at academic conferences, exhibitions, and strategic education events.
Requirements
- Expertise in higher education sector strategy, business development, and growth.
- Ability to build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.
- Ability to develop and close MoUs, academic cooperation agreements, B2B partnerships, and revenue-sharing models.
- Ability to identify university needs and convert them into marketable academic programs, digital solutions, and revenue-generating projects.
- Experience leading professional education, continuing education, certificate, short-course, or online and blended program initiatives.
- Ability to manage proposals, negotiations, contracts, partnership pipelines, and revenue targets.
- Ability to lead teams and manage annual plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
