Bachelor's degree in Law or any relevant field
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Compliance
Knowledge of PF & ESIC Act, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Act, Shop Establishment Act, Minimum wages Act, Factory Act, etc.
Good English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
