Skills
- · 10 - 15+ years’ experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably within stadiums, large venues, or high-volume hospitality environments
- Recognised culinary certification or professional qualification
- Significant senior culinary leadership experience within large-scale catering, stadium, arena, hospitality, or resort environments
- Strong experience in pre-opening and mobilisation of new hospitality operations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality food at scale in high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational best practices
- Commercially minded with experience managing food cost, margin, and supplier relationships
- Strong understanding of SFDA, HACCP, and Saudi compliance frameworks
- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training required
