Overview

Ability to lead a premium culinary strategy that is scalable, operationally disciplined, and commercially effective within a large stadium setting.

Skills

  • · 10 - 15+ years’ experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably within stadiums, large venues, or high-volume hospitality environments
  • Recognised culinary certification or professional qualification
  • Significant senior culinary leadership experience within large-scale catering, stadium, arena, hospitality, or resort environments
  • Strong experience in pre-opening and mobilisation of new hospitality operations
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver quality food at scale in high-pressure environments
  • Strong understanding of food safety, compliance, and operational best practices
  • Commercially minded with experience managing food cost, margin, and supplier relationships
  • Strong understanding of SFDA, HACCP, and Saudi compliance frameworks
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training required
