Role Overview
JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead a prestigious luxury hotel pastry operation.
The role will shape pastry offerings across dining venues, events, guest touchpoints, and banquet operations.
The position is part of an ongoing luxury repositioning and elevated guest experience journey.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead pastry operations across the hotel and its dining venues.
- Oversee refined dessert concepts, signature creations, afternoon tea, bespoke celebrations, and large-scale banquets.
- Mentor the pastry team and champion quality, consistency, innovation, and guest experience.
- Drive team engagement, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Maintain international standards for food quality, safety, and presentation.
