Role Overview
Grouse Mountain is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the entire kitchen operation across multiple revenue centers.
The role reports to the Director of Food and Beverage and is full time and permanent.
Operations include restaurants, cafés, coffee bars, self-serve outlets, banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and large-scale private events.
The role covers indoor dining spaces, outdoor scenic locations, and seasonal event sites with varied logistical and service requirements.
