- Proven experience as an Executive Chef within luxury hotels, resorts or internationally recognised fine dining restaurants
- Strong leadership experience managing multicultural kitchen teams
- Exceptional knowledge of international cuisine and contemporary culinary trends
- Passion for innovation, creativity and guest satisfaction
- Excellent organisational and financial management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced luxury environment
- Fluent English is essential

Your Mission
- Lead all culinary operations across multiple luxury dining concepts
- Design and execute innovative, world class menus
- Inspire, mentor and develop high performing kitchen teams
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
- Manage food costs, purchasing and kitchen profitability
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to elevate the overall guest experience

Who You Are
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef within luxury hotels, resorts or internationally recognised fine dining restaurants
- Strong leadership experience managing multicultural kitchen teams
- Exceptional knowledge of international cuisine and contemporary culinary trends
- Passion for innovation, creativity and guest satisfaction
- Excellent organisational and financial management skills
- Ability to perform in a fast paced luxury environment
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are considered an advantage
- Previous experience in the Middle East is welcome but not essential

Salary & Benefits
- AED 40,000 – 60,000 per month (depending on experience)
