Role Overview
Grain Cafe LLC is seeking an Executive Chef specializing in Arabic and Western cuisine.
The role requires leadership of kitchen teams and daily kitchen operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE.
- Extensive experience across all sections of Arabic and Western kitchens.
- Proven ability to develop and design menus.
- Skilled in creating standardized recipes and managing food cost.
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Valid HACCP certificate with hands-on experience implementing and maintaining HACCP systems.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management experience, including team supervision and daily operations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Experience
- Preference is given to candidates with experience in 5-star hotels or large-scale restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations across Arabic and Western cuisine sections.
- Develop and design menus.
