Responsibilities
- Lead menu development and culinary innovation with focus on sandwiches, wraps, breakfast items, and grab and go offerings.
- Drive research and development including product creation, testing, refinement, and launch.
- Develop standardized recipes, specifications, and operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Oversee kitchen operations, food quality, food safety, and cost control.
- Identify market trends and translate them into commercially successful menu offerings.
- Support future expansion through efficient production systems and operational standards.
- Train and mentor culinary teams to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Lebanese and international cuisine
- Strong background in culinary R&D, menu development, and concept creation
- Experience in fast casual, QSR, or casual dining operations
- Strong understanding of food cost management, kitchen operations, and recipe standardization
- Creative mindset with ability to transform ideas into commercially viable products
- Previous GCC experience preferred
