Lead the success of hotel culinary operations as an Executive Chef.
Deliver memorable hospitality experiences through high-quality culinary service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel meal preparation and production, including food quality, presentation, cost controls, and profitability.
- Develop menus and individual menu items with the Food and Beverage Director based on food trends and regional tastes.
- Engage with guests and clients, address concerns, and improve the dining experience.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to meet financial targets.
- Optimize kitchen systems, processes, and workflows for efficient operations.
- Develop and retain team members through performance management, professional development, and recognition.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

- Bring a passion for hospitality and demonstrate integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
- Apply urgency and discipline while maintaining high standards for guests and team members.
