Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing high value meetings and protecting from low level distractions
- Triage CEO's email inbox and LinkedIn messages; draft professional responses on CEO's behalf
- Attend confidential executive board meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Consolidate weekly department reports into an executive summary for the CEO
- Interview CEO weekly to extract strategic insights and translate into polished LinkedIn posts
- Draft sophisticated pitch emails, corporate memos, and press releases
- Manage Forka's corporate social media presence (LinkedIn/B2B platforms) and create behind the scenes content
- Track and nurture CEO's relationships with investors, chefs, and real estate developers
Requirements
- 4 7+ years of experience as a Strategic Executive Assistant, PR Account Manager, or hybrid operational/communications role
- Exceptional writing ability; must be an elite copywriter capable of adapting to CEO's tone
- Type A organizational skills; obsessed with structure, deadlines, and closing the loop
- High commercial awareness; understand B2B business dynamics
- Advanced skills in executive calendar management, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM systems, and LinkedIn content strategy
- Absolute integrity in handling highly confidential information

Role Overview
- The EBP is a dual mandate role acting as the ultimate right hand to the CEO.
- Half of the day spent on executive operations (calendar, communications, accountability); half on corporate communications (ghostwriting, employer branding, high level correspondence).
Key Responsibilities Executive Operations & Administration
- Ruthless gatekeeping: manage CEO's complex calendar, prioritize high value meetings, protect from low level distractions.
- Inbox & correspondence management: triage CEO's email and LinkedIn messages, draft professional responses.
- Meeting management & execution: attend confidential executive board meetings, take minutes, follow up on action items.
- Information synthesis: consolidate weekly department reports into an executive summary for the CEO.
