Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (direct executive/senior leadership support)
• Expertise in fundamental administrative tools and processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of handling highly sensitive personal information with absolute discretion.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Strong problem solving ability combined with impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity with limited guidance or direction. Responsive and adaptable to varying needs and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organization, tracking, and follow-up capabilities with a proactive "peeking around corners" mindset to anticipate executive needs.
• Experience supporting HR leaders is helpful but not required.
• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $91,000 - $136,500 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
