The role is a Business Development Executive / Manager position focused on IT sales, CCTV, and security solutions.

Requirements
- The manager-level profile calls for 3-8 years of IT sales, CCTV, or security solutions experience.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and market knowledge are required.
- Experience in IT solution sales in South India, especially Hyderabad, is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and academic credentials may also apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities, acquire new business, and prospect new clients across the target territory.
- Convert cold-calling leads, follow up on inquiries, negotiate, and conclude sales.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity and sales reports.
- Build personal and team sales pipelines and contribute to team revenue.
- Arrange client meetings and propose suitable solutions.
