- Manage MD's priorities, bandwidth, and agenda
- Lead special projects including market entry analysis and M&A due diligence
- Synthesize complex business data into insight led recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Handle sensitive confidential information with discretion
- Drive organizational cadence including weekly reviews and strategic planning cycles

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic extension of the MD — representing the MD's office in high stakes meetings, reviews and communications
- Drive and monitor execution of key strategic initiatives across business units, ensuring accountability and on time delivery
- Prepare board level presentations, investment memos, strategic briefs, and stakeholder communications
- Serve as the primary liaison between the MD's office and internal departments, external partners, and investors
- Manage the MD's priorities, bandwidth and agenda — ensuring focus on highest value activities
- Lead special projects including market entry analysis, M&A due diligence, organisational restructuring, and competitive intelligence
- Synthesise complex business data into concise, insight led recommendations for leadership decision making
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
- Handle sensitive, confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Drive organisational cadence — weekly reviews, leadership offsites, strategic planning cycles
