The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide support to the office of the CEO team.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for managing the calendar of the CEO and Board of Trustees, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate complex calendaring requests across multiple time zones. Managing complex calendar scheduling for the CEO, with internal and external stakeholders across time zones.
Supporting scheduling Board and Committee meetings.
Creating and coordinating briefing documents for all external meetings.
Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO.
Preparing and submitting expense reports and managing reimbursements for the CEO and Board of Trustees.

Partnering with the internal Admin team on scheduling logistics related to cross-team initiatives and projects.
Supporting logistics and planning for in-person events including venue selection and catering .

Experience working with organizations both inside and outside the U.S.
Experience working in the non-profit sector and/or a tech-focused organization.

A general understanding of the existing landscape of the Wikimedia movement.

Salaries at the Wikimedia Foundation are set in a way that is competitive, equitable, and consistent with our values and culture. The anticipated annual pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington, D.C. metropolitan area (DMV) is $74,065 to $92,583. The compensation offered to a successful applicant will be based on their skills and experience. We neither ask for nor take into consideration the salary history of applicants.
