About the Role
IFC seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Regional Vice President for Middle East & Central Asia in Dubai. The role involves high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support, managing calendars, travel, and communications.

Responsibilities
- Provide high quality administrative and logistical support to the RVP, managing calendar and preparing briefing materials
- Draft, proofread, and coordinate correspondence for the RVP's office
- Manage all aspects of the RVP's travel and mission logistics
- Provide logistical support for meetings and high level events
- Serve as a key liaison across front offices of senior management
- Implement office procedures and maintain records and filing systems
- Process expenses, procurement requests, and purchase orders
- Provide leadership and guidance to ACS staff across the region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative platforms
- Flexibility to work extended hours at short notice
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

- The Regional Vice President for the Middle East & Central Asia is looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant based in Dubai.
Roles And Responsibilities
