We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented **Assistant to Managing Director** to support daily business operations and executive tasks.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Handle data analysis and maintain records using Excel
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications
- Assist in decision-making by providing accurate data insights
- Manage emails, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Requirements
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **PowerPoint**
- Basic knowledge of **data analysis**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
