Overview

  • Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring an Executive Assistant to Group CEO in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO calendar, travel and strategic scheduling.
  • Coordinate cross functional strategic initiatives & action items.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations and meeting materials.
  • Manage communications, correspondence and stakeholder liaison.
  • Monitor business KPIs, sales dashboards & operational reports.
  • Handle VIP client relationships and executive events.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications.
  • Mandatory: prior experience supporting C level executives or senior leadership.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; ERP/CRM systems experience.
  • International travel coordination and calendar management expertise.
  • Strong business reporting, executive presentation and communication skills.
  • Tech savvy with AI productivity tools and workflow automation platforms.
  • Automotive, trading or fast paced commercial environment experience preferred.
  • High discretion, proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
