Act as an execution partner to the Founder and CEO by converting decisions and instructions into clear actions and ensuring completion.

The role involves assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, following up with teams, and closing important commitments.

Attend meetings, record decisions, and convert instructions into tasks with owners, deliverables, and deadlines.
Maintain the CEO Action Tracker and follow up with business, regional, department, and factory heads.
Monitor progress, identify delays and bottlenecks, escalate issues, and ensure actions reach closure.
Prepare updates on completed, due, overdue, and blocked actions and decisions required.
Coordinate activities across sales, projects, design, factory, purchase, HR, finance, IT, marketing, and expansion.
Track systems, SOPs, ERP processes, and management decisions; consolidate reports for the CEO.
Support management reviews and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Travel to branches and factories when required for coordination and progress verification.

5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in a CEO or Founder’s Office, business operations, project or program management, consulting, strategy and operations, or an operational Executive Assistant role.
