We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a fast-growing US-based consumer holding company as we establish our Dubai headquarters.
This is a high-trust, executive support role that combines calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, personal logistics, external communication, and day-to-day organization across business and personal priorities.
The right person is polished, discreet, highly organized, and comfortable operating close to a busy founder.
You should be able to manage details, anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep important priorities moving without constant follow-up.
This is not a traditional corporate EA role.
It is best suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving founder environment and can bring structure, calm, and follow-through to a busy schedule.

One of our leading brands is NOBL, a functional travel brand built around products that solve real problems and reduce friction across the travel experience.
We are now establishing our Dubai headquarters, and this Executive Assistant role will be one of the founding hires on the ground supporting the Founder & CEO.
What You'Ll Do
- Manage calendar, scheduling, meeting flow, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, prep, notes, recaps, and next steps
- Organize priorities across business, personal, travel, and day-to-day logistics
- Coordinate with executives, direct reports, lawyers, accountants, vendors, service providers, and household staff
- Own travel planning across business and personal trips, including flights, hotels, visas, itineraries, drivers, and last-minute changes
- Handle personal logistics such as reservations, errands, bills, apartment support, car coordination, gifts, and ad hoc projects
- Help prepare basic documents, summaries, notes, and task lists
- Support business dinners, events, founder meetings, and external-facing coordination when needed
- Represent the founder professionally when coordinating with external parties
- Make sure important details do not fall through the cracks
- The role is a mix of executive support, operational coordination, and personal logistics.
- It is business-first, but personal support is part of the role.
- Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, founder support, senior administrative, family office, luxury hospitality, private aviation, concierge, high-end real estate, or similar high-trust support role
- Based in Dubai for at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of Dubai logistics, venues, service providers, and how the city works
- Fluent spoken and written English is required. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with executives, vendors, service providers, and external contacts
- Polished, professional, and comfortable in high-end environments
- Highly discreet and trustworthy
- Very organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Able to anticipate needs, follow up, and close loops without constant reminders
- Comfortable managing both business and personal responsibilities
- Calm under pressure and able to handle last-minute changes
- Genuinely interested in building a long-term career in executive support, not using the role as a transition into another function
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, UHNW principal, family office, or fast-moving business leader is a strong plus. Additional languages are a plus.
- Hours and location
- This is a full-time role based in Dubai.
- The role will be hybrid initially, with regular in-person support required.
- From August, the role will become more office-based as the company moves into its Dubai office.
- This is not a standard 9-to-5 role.
- The schedule will vary based on business needs, travel, events, and personal logistics.
- Some evenings, weekends, or last-minute support may be required.
- It is not intended to be 24/7, but the right person should understand the flexibility required in a founder-facing Executive Assistant role.
Compensation
AED 23,000–30,000/month base plus discretionary bonus.
Compensation is flexible for exceptional candidates.
