Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role located in Bengaluru, for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level administrative and executive support, managing the CEO’s schedule, maintaining key documents, and coordinating expense reports.
- In this role, you will act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensure efficient diary management, prepare meeting agendas, and oversee critical administrative tasks to support the CEO’s day to day operations.
- Additional responsibilities include organizing travel arrangements, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring effective communication flow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support tasks
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and Diary Management
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills with organizational and prioritization abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other productivity tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience serving in a similar role, particularly at the C suite level, is an advantage
