About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and punctual Executive Assistant to empower our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO and follow up with senior leadership to ensure company goals and objectives are met.
  • Schedule Management: Proactively manage and refine the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all meetings are scheduled with precision.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain and enhance internal processes that support high ranking executives.
  • Communication Liaison: Manage communication with employees and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Task Organization: Organize and track follow ups, ensuring all action items are addressed promptly.
  • Document Review: Assist in reviewing documents and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan and orchestrate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to organize multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software.
  • Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses.
  • Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Philanthropy is desirable.
  • Legal background or experience.
