Responsibilities

- Maintain and enhance internal processes that support high ranking executives
- Manage communication with employees and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and track follow ups, ensuring deadlines are met
- Assist in reviewing documents and contracts for accuracy
- Plan and orchestrate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong time management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and aptitude for learning new software
- Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
- Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
