Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for the Chairman, managing calendar, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential matters.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare agendas and presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Liaise with internal teams, senior management, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, filing, record management, expense reports, and office coordination.
- Support basic HR functions such as employee documentation, leave records, onboarding coordination, and maintaining HR files.
- Assist the Chairman and management with ad hoc projects, research, and administrative initiatives.

- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant cum Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman while also managing general administrative and HR support functions for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for the Chairman, managing calendar, meetings, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential matters.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare agendas and presentations, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, senior management, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman.
- Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the office, including documentation, filing, record management, expense reports, and office coordination.
- HR & Office Administration: Support basic HR functions such as employee documentation, leave records, onboarding coordination, and maintaining HR files, while assisting with day to day office administration.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Special Projects: Assist the Chairman and management with ad hoc projects, research, and administrative initiatives as required.
