Role Mandate

Responsibilities

• Delegate clearly, check consistently, give feedback, and escalate directly when needed.
• Own the CEO's social media plan, including preparation, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Manage job ads, prescreening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Build AI skills, agents, and workflows for the team and company.
• Set up the prompt library, train the team, and measure adoption.
• Build company-wide processes, SOPs, and templates.

Candidate Profile

• Native-level German speaking and writing is required.
• Daily AI experience and a self-built AI skill, prompt, or agent that removes meaningful work are required.
• Experience leading people through delegation, checking, feedback, and follow-up is required.
• Ability to bring a team along, make decisions, and address consequences when needed.
• Reliable, precise, proactive, business-minded, discreet, and loyal working style.
• A feel for content, camera, and timing is required.
• Willingness to work on site in Dubai with the team every day is required.
