Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide support within our Investment Banking division.

Being able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is essential in ensuring seamless day-to-day expenses and travel for Investment Bankers.
Primary Responsibilities Job Description
- Supporting Investment bankers from senior to junior level.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across multiple time zones.
- Arrange heavy domestic and international travel logistics, including flights hotels, and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports using Concur.
- Maintain and update executives CRM system with client information and meeting notes.
- Hours are 8 am- 5 pm
Required Background And Skills
- Five to 10 plus years of administrative experience, supporting professionals in Investment Banking or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
