Responsibilities
- Manage the Company Manager's calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, meeting agendas, presentations, and follow up documentation
- Support prospecting activities, lead tracking, and pipeline management
- Assist in drafting proposals, capability statements, and client facing commercial documents
- Coordinate and follow up on sales meetings, client calls, and business development initiatives
- Act as a professional liaison between the Company Manager and clients
- Coordinate client onboarding processes, relationship touchpoints, and satisfaction follow ups
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and internal reporting requirements
- Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure distribution and follow through of agreed actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in executive assistant, sales support, or client facing business role
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred

Position Overview
- TRUVIS is seeking a high energy, results driven Executive Assistant to support the Company Manager across sales operations, client relations, and business development activities.
- The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between senior management, clients, and internal teams, contributing directly to the growth and professional image of TRUVIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Company Manager's calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence with precision and discretion.
- Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, meeting agendas, presentations, and follow up documentation.
- Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Support the Company Manager in prospecting activities, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
- Assist in drafting proposals, capability statements, and client facing commercial documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales meetings, client calls, and business development initiatives.
- Monitor deadlines, action items, and deliverables arising from client engagements.
- Act as a professional liaison between the Company Manager and TRUVIS clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding processes, relationship touchpoints, and satisfaction follow ups.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and internal reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cross functional tasks are executed efficiently.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and ensure distribution and follow through of agreed actions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Relations, or a closely related field.
- Additional certifications in sales, CRM systems, or business administration are an advantage.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an executive assistant, sales support, or client facing business role.
- Prior exposure to advisory, consultancy, real estate, financial services, or professional services environments is preferred.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
- High energy, proactive, and self motivated with the ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of client relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Discreet, reliable, and professional in all matters relating to confidential information.
