Executive Assistant, RME OPS

Role Overview

Key Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership planning activities, calendars, staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, and team morale-building events.
• Track key deliverables and follow up on pending items.
• Collaborate with high-performing executive assistants around the world in WW IT Ops and RME.
• Manage space for Bengaluru and other possible India locations.
• Complete and file expense reports.
• Manage travel planning.
• Act as a liaison for leaders' direct reports.
• Organize team events within budget.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 3 years of senior-level leadership support experience, or at least 1 year of Amazon experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive-level calendar management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience prioritizing multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines preferred.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination preferred.
• End-to-end project management experience preferred.
• Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism with senior executives preferred.
