Responsibilities
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
- Manage calendars, meetings, and reminders
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, photographers, production teams, and external partners
- Follow up on project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize project files and documentation using Notion and Google Drive
- Track tasks and maintain project progress
- Assist in planning photoshoots, events, and creative productions
- Handle administrative tasks and day to day operations
- Research vendors, products, and creative references when needed
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and contracts when required
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic
- Basic to intermediate English communication
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Drive)
- Experience using Notion (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role (preferred)

About the Role
- R Haus of Art is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented Executive & Creative Assistant to support the founder.
- This is a remote position, with occasional in person meetings in Riyadh when needed.
Responsibilities
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and reminders.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, photographers, production teams, and external partners.
- Follow up on project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize project files and documentation using Notion and Google Drive.
