Overview

  • We are looking for an Executive Assistant based in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Having the ability to communicate with clients both internally and externally.
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to various departments as needed.

Main Requirements

  • Excellent English Language
