Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings across time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and accommodation
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Draft, proofread, and handle confidential correspondence and documents
- Prepare presentations, reports, and expense claims
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing and redirecting as needed
- Organize meetings, events, and board sessions end to end
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Anticipate executives' needs and resolve issues proactively
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Based in or able to relocate to Riyadh for on site work

Overview
