Role Description

  • The Executive Assistant is a full time, on site position based in Riyadh, providing high level administrative and operational support directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Serves as the primary point of coordination for the CEO's office, requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare executive briefing documents, meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow up action items.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of priorities.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and external stakeholder engagements.
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming correspondence, communications, and requests, escalating urgent matters appropriately.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Track strategic initiatives, business priorities, and key deliverables on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accountability across departments.
  • Coordinate executive hospitality, VIP visits, and CEO level office protocols.
  • Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documentation.
  • Prepare and reconcile executive expense reports accurately and confidentially.
  • Support the preparation of business documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and executive initiatives as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C suite executives.
  • Previous experience within real estate, professional services, consulting, or a fast growing organization is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern digital productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential information and supporting executive level decision making.
