VASL is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will act as a business operations generalist, solving problems and improving systems. The role involves executive meeting participation, project coordination, people operations support, data analysis, and business communications.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute key business initiatives and support core organizational functions.
- Participate in executive meetings, coordinate projects, support people operations, analyze data, prepare business communications, improve internal systems, and help drive strategic initiatives.
- Draft and edit business communications, create internal documentation, prepare presentations and reports, document meeting outcomes and action items.
- Develop SOPs, toolkits, templates, and frameworks; document workflows; support automation initiatives; improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic and operational projects including research, process improvement, vendor management, event coordination, and business development initiatives.
- Attend leadership meetings, track deliverables, follow up on action items, coordinate stakeholders, maintain accountability, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support operations, human resources, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
- Manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- BBA, MBA, or equivalent work experience
- 4–6 years of professional experience
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Chief of Staff, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Fluent English communication skills

Role Overview
