Role Overview
Support the Founder/CEO with daily operations, communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and business coordination.
Build strategic relationships, partnerships, and commercial collaborations to increase platform supply, sales, brand presence, and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder/CEO's schedule, meetings, priorities, and daily follow-ups.
- Handle professional communication with partners, clients, companies, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal tasks and ensure deadlines are followed up properly.
- Identify and approach potential strategic partners and commercial collaborators.
- Build relationships with companies, merchants, suppliers, service providers, and business owners.
- Support partnership discussions, proposals, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Help increase platform supply through partnerships and direct outreach.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and updates on communications, opportunities, and partnership progress.
- Represent the company professionally in calls, meetings, and written communication.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management abilities.
- Professional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
