Sierra is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Head of Product & Agent Development and a rapidly growing product, engineering, and design organization.
The company is primarily in person in San Francisco, and this role requires on-site work four days per week with flexibility for global meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Product & Agent Development.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, domestic and international travel, itineraries, agendas, and logistics.
- Anticipate needs, identify conflicts, and resolve issues independently as priorities change.
- Prepare briefing materials, organizational context, and clearly defined priorities for meetings.
- Manage logistics for recruiting events, customer meetings, and external speaking engagements.
- Draft internal and external correspondence as a credible representative of the organization.
- Coordinate with Executive Assistants and cross-functional partners across Sierra.
- Plan leadership meetings, team off-sites, trainings, and operating rhythms.
- Build and improve administrative systems and processes for a rapidly scaling organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including direct support of C-suite executives leading complex or global organizations.
