Role Description

  • The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior executives, directors, or business leaders.
  • This role ensures the smooth management of schedules, communications, meetings, and daily activities, allowing executives to focus on strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • The position involves managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business documents.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on important tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, expense reporting, and event planning.
  • Manage personal schedules, appointments, errands, and other confidential matters as required.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in executive support, administration, or personal assistance.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and events.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
