Role Description

  • This is a full time remote role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant at My Infra Sage.
  • The role involves managing calendars and diaries, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain files and records.
  • Daily tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that the executive’s time is used efficiently.
  • The role also includes personal assistance duties such as managing personal appointments, tracking to do lists, and supporting both professional and personal commitments while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance skills, including handling personal tasks, managing appointments, and supporting daily activities.
  • Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and document preparation.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Diary Management and scheduling skills, including prioritizing commitments and organizing complex schedules.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document formatting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Comfort with remote work tools and technology (e.g., email, calendar applications, video conferencing, task management software).
  • Previous experience in an executive or personal assistant role preferred.
  • Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
