- Manage calendars and diaries, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain files and records
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and ensure the executive's time is used efficiently
- Manage personal appointments, track to do lists, and support both professional and personal commitments while maintaining strict confidentiality
Requirements
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including handling personal tasks, managing appointments, and supporting daily activities
- Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and document preparation
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Diary Management and scheduling skills, including prioritizing commitments and organizing complex schedules
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document formatting, and maintaining accurate records
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow through
- Comfort with remote work tools and technology (e.g., email, calendar applications, video conferencing, task management software)
- Previous experience in an executive or personal assistant role preferred
- Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial
