Executive Assistant And Personal Assistant
to support senior leadership with administrative, operational, and personal coordination tasks.

π― Role Overview
You will provide direct support to executives by managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and assisting with day-to-day operational and personal responsibilities.

πΌ Key Responsibilitiesπ Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Organize reminders, schedules, and daily priorities
- Ensure timely follow-ups and task coordination
- Handle scheduling conflicts and changes efficiently
π Administrative & Personal Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Manage emails, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
- Assist with personal errands and executive requests when needed
- Support general office and administrative operations
π€ Communication & Coordination
- Act as liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Facilitate communication across departments and external parties
- Track tasks, deadlines, and project updates
- Ensure smooth coordination of daily activities

- Support project coordination and administrative workflows
