Role Description

  • This full time remote Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role supports senior leadership with high level administrative and personal coordination.
  • Day to day responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • The role also involves handling email and phone communications, prioritizing requests, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring timely follow up on action items.

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Effective Diary Management and scheduling skills
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and basic office software proficiency
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in hospitality, gaming, or service oriented industries is beneficial
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
