Role Description

  • This is a full time remote role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive at Dream Education.
  • The role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating virtual events and webinars for the leadership team.
  • The individual will handle emails, calls, and communication, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain records and databases.
  • They will support day to day administrative operations, assist with project coordination, and ensure smooth follow up on tasks and deadlines.
  • The role may also involve basic research, drafting correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support Dream Education’s programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, document handling, and record keeping.
  • Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, such as professional email and phone etiquette, drafting correspondence, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Candidates should possess digital and technical skills, including proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with online meeting platforms.
  • Candidates should possess time management and multitasking abilities, including prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working effectively in a remote environment.
  • Candidates should possess problem solving and research skills, including gathering information, preparing summaries, and supporting project related tasks.
  • Relevant experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, or administrative roles is beneficial, especially in education, EdTech, or service oriented organizations.
  • A diploma or degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience is also valued.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, reliability, and a genuine interest in education and learner support are important qualities for this role.
