Role Description
- This is a full time remote role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive.
- The role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating day to day administrative tasks for leadership.
- The Executive Assistant will handle email and communication management, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain accurate records and files.
- The role also includes supporting recruitment related activities such as scheduling candidate interviews, updating tracking spreadsheets or systems, and ensuring timely follow up.
- The successful candidate will be expected to prioritize tasks, manage confidential information, and provide proactive support to help streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including professional email drafting, meeting coordination, and stakeholder follow up.
- Candidates should possess solid digital and technical skills, such as proficiency with office productivity tools, online scheduling platforms, and remote collaboration software.
- Candidates should possess time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess discretion and reliability, with experience managing confidential information and supporting senior leaders or clients.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role is preferred, ideally in a remote or fast paced environment.
