Role Description

  • Full time, remote role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Executive.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to leadership.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, organize travel, and coordinate day to day activities.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, maintain records.
  • Support internal communication across teams.
  • Prioritize tasks, follow up on action items, ensure effective use of leadership's time.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, maintain confidentiality, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Proficient Diary Management and scheduling abilities.
  • Solid Clerical Skills.
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfort with digital tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Prior experience in marketing or agency environments is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.
