Role Description
- This full time Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role is an on site position based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Organizing appointments and events for executives
- Handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations
- Maintaining files and records
- Supporting day to day office operations
