Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
The role involves managing and maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, handling clerical tasks, and providing general administrative support to senior executives.
The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will also act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination and support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance, including the ability to manage personal schedules, handle confidential tasks, and provide flexible support
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, arranging meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external contacts
- Expertise in Diary Management and time management for executives
- General Clerical Skills, including record keeping, document preparation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a government or professional organization.
